At Soso Fitted, every hat is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because each drop is limited, all sales are final — we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
For approved cases, we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or store credit, depending on stock.
We’re not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost, or stolen packages once shipped.
