1. How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, then shipped out.
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days within Canada & the U.S., and 10–20 business days internationally, depending on location and carrier. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order ships.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by region.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every drop is limited, all sales are final.
We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, size, or preference.
If your item arrives defective or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@sosofitted.com, and we’ll make it right.
4. What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once your order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and buyer.
We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office to file a claim.
5. What if I entered the wrong address?
We’re not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If your package is returned to us, the buyer is fully responsible for any reshipment costs.
6. How do I care for my hat?
Spot clean only. Don’t use a washer or dryer — wipe gently with a damp cloth and air dry.
7. Are the hats limited edition?
Yes — every drop is limited. Once it sells out, it’s gone.
8. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
