Lost Packages:
Soso Fitted is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier and buyer. Please contact the shipping carrier or your local post office to locate your package or file a claim.
Incorrect Addresses:
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your package is returned to us due to an address issue, the buyer is fully responsible for any reshipment costs.
